Exchanges / Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of the purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging.

To Return an Item to Us

Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to:

We will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an a credit/refund, depending on the original payment method.

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns

Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.

Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
